Terms of Use for AzinvSpace

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AzinvSpace (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

AzinvSpace provides a household inventory service for rooms, containers, and items, including shared household access. The Service is offered free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. The Service is intended for reasonable personal use, which may include ordinary levels of web traffic. The Service may use artificial intelligence to recognize item names and labels; AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by you before reliance. The Service does not store images or video recordings. We record agreement events, including signing time and source IP address, and we collect usage logs for security, reliability, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We may send service updates and transactional emails about your account and household. We do not send marketing emails.

3. User Obligations

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and design elements of AzinvSpace are protected by intellectual property law. No portion of the Service may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, adapted, or reused in any way without prior written approval from AzinvSpace.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, criminal, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
  • Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the Service, including by introducing malicious code.
  • Use the Service beyond personal, non-commercial use, including commercial exploitation, resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized redistribution.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." AzinvSpace disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AzinvSpace does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI-generated outputs will be complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

AzinvSpace will not be liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any damage, service interruption, data loss, loss of profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if AzinvSpace has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AzinvSpace, its operators, and affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

Violation of these Terms, including excessive, automated, abusive, or disproportionate use of web traffic or system resources, may result in immediate suspension, permanent termination of access, or permanent account deletion. AzinvSpace may also suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, AzinvSpace, or legal compliance obligations applicable to AzinvSpace.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

AzinvSpace may modify, limit, suspend, or remove any part of the Service, its features, and any stored or displayed data at any time, including without prior notice, as required by operational, legal, security, or product needs.

Some authentication and abuse-prevention flows are protected by reCAPTCHA. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service .

12. Contact Information

If you do not agree with these Terms, stop using the Service immediately and submit a support request, selecting Account deletion request.
